- Typical IELTS requirement
- Often 6.0–6.5 overall; many postgraduate and health courses ask for more.
- Tuition (rough guide)
- Roughly AUD 20,000–50,000 a year, depending on the course.
- Student visa
- Student visa (subclass 500): Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE), Genuine Student requirement, proof of funds and health cover (OSHC).
- Working while you study
- Limited work hours during term; check the current limit before you rely on it.
- After you graduate
- Eligible graduates can apply for a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485).
